We ship all orders with PostNL.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 48 hours after payment is received. This applies on business days.

During busy periods or in exceptional circumstances, processing may take slightly longer. If a significant delay occurs, we will communicate this as soon as possible.

SHIPPING AREA

We ship to the Netherlands and other countries within the European Union.

SHIPPING COSTS

The following standard shipping rates apply:

• Netherlands: €8.95

• Other European Union countries: €12.50

The applicable shipping costs are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

DELIVERY TIME

After dispatch, you will receive confirmation with PostNL Track & Trace information. Delivery times depend on the destination and the service provided by PostNL.

The displayed or estimated delivery time is not a guaranteed delivery date.

LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

If your parcel arrives damaged or has not been received, contact support@nickshonest.com within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date.

For damage claims, include clear photographs of the parcel, packaging and damaged product. If available, also include an unboxing video showing the condition of the parcel when it was opened.

This information allows us to investigate the issue with PostNL and handle your claim correctly.
